FINALLY! The Halo Magnum is complete and mounted!

I did an Army Painter Gun Metal with a couple of drops of Army Painter Matte Black. I found that the Army Painter flows through my airbrush much better than the few Vallejo paints that I have. t was still a bit too shiny and new looking, so I mixed some Army Painter Dark Tone wash with a drop or two  […]

Officially Finished!

Nikki's P90 build is officially finished!!!   I even whipped up the little plaque on the Elegoo Neptune 2D in black and silver dual extruded. THAT machine is a lot of fun! Now of course since she claimed that one for herself, I get to make a Triple Rail version for myself. But I plan on doing a few  […]

P90: Nearing the finish line!

Getting closer to the end with the P90. I have 2 coats of black, unfortunately we grabbed gloss at the store so I'm going to have to hit it with a matte sealer too. There still will be a bit of a shine but not too terribly bad. Of course Nikki claimed it for herself. I made her an SG-1 Logo plaque  […]

P90 Going Strong

We're nearing the finish line! Just have to finish printing the sights then decide if we are going to print a magazine or get an airsoft one with the translucent body and dummy rounds.   Of course, why do a P90 if you aren't going to do a Five-seveN to compliment it.

Got the SG-1 Vibes going!

Started on the P90. All together both body parts took about 48 hours to print. I have the upper receiver printing now. Going for the Triple Rail version.   I think after this I'll do a Walther PPK, WW2 Luger and MP40. Get the Classic German collection going.  ;-)

One and Done!

A first coat for the camo. I'll let it dry and see if I need to add some colors or if it'll work as is. I watched this video to get the technique to paint the ACR: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sp_XzTnBfR0 The barrel and suppressor will remain black.  Unfortunately there seems to be a  […]

Getting CLOSER!!!!!

We are starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel and I don't think it's a train!! Finishing printing some internals for the trigger assembly, a few body pins, firing pin, bolt and the magazine and we will be ready to paint. So what do ya think, should I pop an M203 on this bad girl? Go all  […]

Baby Glock be Done!

Painted and mounted. Just gotta let the last coat of matte clear coat dry and she's all ready! This was a tricky one. A lot of the components were modeled so there were a BUNCH of little pieces. I had to redesign the slide spring and follower though. The original was just too flimsy and weak. It  […]

Bushmaster ACR aka Magpul "Masada"

Cruising right along with the ACR. The silver PLA kinda gives it that Machined Aluminum look.

Baby Glock - G26

Finally got it all printed save a couple of internal parts for the slide. I ended up reprinting the Frame and Slide. I was just not happy with the initial quality and the way the trades engraved. So I went into 3DS Max and added the trades. I TRIED to get a much higher resolution where the trades  […]

Boom Boom Wall

I know I had designed the display stand for the "Blooper" but when I showed my Dad (Who's a crusty old VietNam SoG vet) he got a real charge out of it. So I'm going to do up another one, get some more Rock White and finish the display stand. Then I'll give it to him for his Garage/Man  […]

"Bloop Bloop"

All of the mechanical parts are done. Printing out the Butt Plate and Stock next. Have Nikki put on a nice coat of Walnut Stain on the stock and she'll be done. I DID have a working trigger assembly. However when I used some CA glue on the trigger guard the glue ran into the trigger and now it is  […]
